Great for very active people

I'm a powerlifter and full time logger. I have a very active lifestyle which is hard on the body and these pills give me a nice blend of amino acids, folic acid and B vitamins to aid my recovery and boost my energy. Before these pills I was always sore and groggy. Overall, I just feel much better in general and have more energy at the end of the day.

The effects of taking the pills everyday are notable enough. At this price it it’s surprising that it packs up pretty much everything you need. The only issue is the flavor, but it doesn’t bother that much.

I really like these vitamins. They're easy to swallow, they don't taste bad either. My only negative is that the daily dose is three tablets. That's a lot to swallow for me.

I have been taking this supplement going on 4 weeks. As my body builds up the vitamins and minerals that are in vitamen, I have noticed subtle changes. Changes that only older men would understand. It took around 15 days for me to notice the good things. I reordered vitamen. I like what it does.

Tablet easy to swallow

Tastes good and easy to swallow. I would prefer if it was just one pill instead of three but otherwise priced appropriately.
