What are essential and conditionally essential amino acids?
BCAA plus Glutamine contains both essential and conditionally essential amino acids. We cannot make BCAAs in the body, which makes them essential. Therefore, we need to get them from food or from supplements. Our body can make glutamine, however, under certain circumstances, we can’t make enough of it. This makes it conditionally essential.
