Anastasia is current PhD candidate
with an interest in plants, nutrition,
computational biology and food security


 

She holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London. Her undergraduate degree equipped her with a detailed knowledge of cellular processes related to human health and disease.

She also holds an MRes in Big Data Biology from the University of Southampton. Master’s thesis focused on understanding the effect of stressors such as drought on the mineral and protein content of an underutilized legume which could be used to improve food security across the globe.
