The Bioperine extract in the product improves bioavailability of curcumin.

Directions

All three supplements can be taken in the evening, but Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine is also okay to take during the day. Take one tablet of Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine with a meal, at dinner time.

Take one tablet of 5-HTP and Melatonin 1-2 hours before going to bed. This will ensure that melatonin peaks when you go to bed.

It is best to take this bundle continuously over the course of a month. Do not take melatonin for longer than that without consulting a doctor. If you’d like, you can try to take melatonin 2-3 days a week to see if it works for you at first.
